Die Kandidatin ist ein Scrum Master mit 7 Jahren Berufserfahrung, leitet aber seit 2005 Teams. In ihrer letzten Position arbeitete sie mit einem Team an einer Anwendung, bei der es sich um ein Preisfindungstool handelte, das eine Preisfindungsmethode bereitstellte. Sie war für 2 Teams verantwortlich. Sie leitete Scrum-Zeremonien - tägliche Standups, 2-Wochen-Sprints, Retrospektiven. Zu den Tools, die sie verwendete, gehörten Jira, Slack, GitHub zur Überprüfung und MS Office. Sie hielt täglich mehrere Meetings ab. Das größte Team, das sie leitete, bestand aus 30 Personen. Sie verwendet aktiv Englisch.
