Agile Coach

Die Kandidatin ist eine Scrum Masterin mit 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Sie widmet sich der Umsetzung agiler Methoden in drei Teams. Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind Coaching und Training von Teams, um Transparenz und Effizienz zu erhöhen. Zu ihren Aufgaben gehören Tests, Zeremonien, Retrospektiven, Verbesserungsvorschläge, Anforderungsbewertung und Planung. Sie arbeiten in 2-3 wöchigen Sprints. Sie kommuniziert mit Anbietern, führt tägliche Stand-ups und Meetings durch. Ihre Teams sind ausschließlich auf Warteschlangen ausgerichtet. Unter den Tools verwendet sie hauptsächlich Jira, Confluence, MS Office. Sie ist sowohl als Scrum Master als auch als Product Owner zertifiziert. Sie leitet insgesamt 18 Mitarbeiter. Ihr Englisch und Deutsch sind auf einem sehr guten Niveau und sie hat kein Problem damit, in einem internationalen Team zu arbeiten.

• Responsibilities: Implemented Agile methodology in Online & Digital Team (ITN Digital Sales and ITN Digital Care).
• Coached and trained team members of the E-shop Team to increase transparency, subsidiarity, efficiency, and overall well-being.
• Collaborated with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implemented cost-saving initiatives.
• Conducted regular assessments to monitor progress and adjusted strategies as needed.
• Developed a training program for new joining Scrum Masters.

Certified Scrum Master: 06/2019 – 04/2020

• Responsibilities: Built and managed agile teams within the Resources Industry in Germany across multiple time zones, including the USA, Germany, and India.
• Successfully set up agile ceremonies and practices, JIRA administration, and automation.
• Passed internal Agile Maturity Assessments.
• Facilitated new joiner onboarding processes and the development of junior colleagues.

Product Owner: 06/2016 – 05/2019

• Responsibilities: Worked as a Product Owner for the DevOps Guild initiative.
• Consolidated related topics and strengthened the community.
• Facilitated the creation of proposals, leading to successful Requests for Proposal (RFP) submissions.
• Developed and executed relevant training programs.
