DevOps Engineer

Erfahrene Fachkraft mit Erfahrung im SAP-Basis-Engineering und in administrativen Aufgaben. Arbeitete als SAP-Basis-Ingenieurin bei DXC Technology und leistete technischen First-Level-Support für SAP-Systeme. Zuvor war sie ehrenamtlich beim Amt für Arbeit, Soziales und Familie tätig, wo sie als erste Kontaktperson zwischen dem Amt und den Personen, die damit zusammenhängende Angelegenheiten bearbeiten, fungierte. Abgeschlossenes Studium der Computernetzwerkmechanik, fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Systemadministration, LAN/WAN-Administration, Client/Server-Administration und Kommunikationsfähigkeit. Weitere Stärken sind Anpassungsfähigkeit, Stressresistenz und ein proaktiver Ansatz zur Problemlösung.

June 2021 - November 2021: Volunteer role at the Office of Labor, Social Affairs, and Family. Responsibilities included being the first point of contact between the office and individuals seeking assistance.

March 2019 - September 2019: SAP Basis Engineer. Provided first-level technical support for SAP systems, including operating systems, databases, and applications.

Education: 2016 - 2018: Studied at Žilinská Univerzita, Faculty of Management and Informatics (interrupted) 2012 - 2016: Graduated from SOŠ technická Poprad with a focus on PC network mechanics.

Language Skills: Fluent in Slovak (native), advanced English.

Skills and Knowledge: Holds a driver's license, advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenOffice Calc, and Writer. Has moderate proficiency in scripting and system administration, as well as advanced proficiency in LAN/WAN administration, client/server administration, Microsoft Windows, UNIX/Linux, and basic knowledge of SQL.

Certificates: CCNA 1,2 and $21 Electrotechnics.
