Er ist seit 5 Jahren als Business Analyst tätig. Darüber hinaus arbeitet er auch als Projektleiter, Designarchitekt und Tester. Derzeit arbeitet er an zwei Projekten, bei denen er das Debitorenmodul implementiert, alle Anforderungen zusammenstellt, den Prozessablauf dieses Projekts entwirft und die gesamte Anwendung so gestaltet, wie sie aussehen soll. Er hat auch die gesamte Anwendung und den Prozess des zweiten Projekts entworfen, wie sie aussehen und welchen Ablauf sie haben sollte. Er erstellte ein automatisiertes Rechnungsstellungssystem, bei dem es seine Aufgabe war, die Anforderungen zu erfassen, sie durchzugehen und zu diskutieren, die Geschäftsanalyse durchzuführen sowie die technische Architektur und Lösung zu entwerfen. Er hat Erfahrung mit der UML-Modularisierung, wobei er Gliffy-Diagramme und Prozesslandkarten verwendet hat. Er kann technische Dokumentationen erstellen und hat auch Erfahrung im Testen, allerdings nicht automatisiert. Er ist es gewohnt, in einer agilen Umgebung zu arbeiten, und das größte Team, das er geleitet hat, bestand aus 11 Personen - Testern, Business-Analysten und Entwicklern. Er spricht fließend Englisch und Deutsch auf Konversationsniveau.
