Der Kandidat ist ein IT-Fachmann mit mehr als 21 Jahren Erfahrung, der derzeit in seiner aktuellen Position ab November 2020 als Softwarearchitekt und Java-Experte arbeitet. In seinem laufenden Projekt ist er an der Neugestaltung von On-Premise-, benutzerdefinierten und "Stammdaten"-Anwendungen für einen Kunden aus dem Finanzsektor beteiligt und migriert sie zu einer Online-/Cloud-Version mit einer Microservices-Architektur und einer Backend-Komponente.

Zuvor war der Kandidat von 2011 bis 2020 bei einem multinationalen Beratungsunternehmen als Technologiearchitekt, Entwickler und Berater tätig. Er leitete das Team bei der Migration eines Legacy-Versicherungssystems auf moderne Technologien wie Microservices, No-SQL DB und ein Webportal für Self-Service.

Der Kandidat war in der Vergangenheit an internen Projekten beteiligt, darunter ein Projekt, das einer DevOps- oder SaaS-Lösung für die Datenanalyse ähnelte, wobei er seine Führungsqualitäten als Teamleiter unter Beweis stellte. Er war auch an innovativen KI-Projekten beteiligt, z. B. an der Entwicklung eines Skype-Chatbots mit KI-Funktionen.

Was das technische Know-how betrifft, so beherrscht der Kandidat eine Reihe von Sprachen (Java, JavaScript, Python, R), Frameworks (Spring, Hibernate), Tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git), Datenbanken (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB) und Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, MS Azure, Cloud Foundry). Sein Wissen erstreckt sich auch auf Messaging-Systeme, Sicherheitstechnologien und Entwicklungsumgebungen. Seine Hauptprogrammiersprache ist nach wie vor Java.

Zu den Zertifizierungen des Kandidaten gehört ein BEC1-Zertifikat in Englisch. Er verfügt außerdem über Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Betriebssystemen, von MS Windows über Solaris bis hin zu Ubuntu.

Er kann sich problemlos in englischer Sprache verständigen und wendet sie täglich an.
