Der Kandidat ist ein versierter Fachmann mit Erfahrung in den Bereichen Service Delivery Management, Projektmanagement und Technik. Er verfügt über fundierte Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Management und in Projektmethoden wie PRINCE2 und SCRUM und zeichnet sich durch die Leitung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten und die Bereitstellung von IT-Systemen in Unternehmensumgebungen aus. Derzeit ist er als Service Delivery Manager tätig, wo er agile Softwareentwicklungs-Lebenszyklen beaufsichtigt und die Freigabe und Einführung von Endbenutzeranwendungen verwaltet.
