Er leitet die agile Transformation von losgelösten Teams zu einer kooperierenden Organisation, wobei er ein proprietäres Rahmenwerk für die Gestaltung, Einrichtung und Aufrechterhaltung entsprechender Prozesse verwendet. Er fördert die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Teams und innerhalb von Teams in verschiedenen agilen Umgebungen und coacht Einzelpersonen auf ihrem Weg zu einer erfolgreichen Karriere und einem erfolgreichen Leben. Darüber hinaus implementiert er Verbesserungen zur Rationalisierung von Prozessen und zur Steigerung der Effizienz in Teams und Abteilungen und unterstützt diese Bemühungen als JIRA-Systemadministrator. Als Agile Coach bei VETRI von August 2018 bis März 2019 in Zürich, Schweiz, hat er eine agile Umgebung für ein remote kooperierendes Team von 10 Entwicklern in den Regionen CEE und DACH entworfen, aufgebaut und geleitet. VETRI, eine dezentralisierte Blockchain-gestützte Plattform zur Verwaltung persönlicher Daten, zielt darauf ab, Einzelpersonen in der schnell wachsenden Datenwirtschaft zu stärken, indem sie das Vertrauen in den Markt sicherstellt und reibungslose Transaktionen zwischen Datenbesitzern und Käufern ermöglicht.

• Designing, building and leading an agile environment for a remotely cooperating team of 10 developers located in the CEE and DACH regions. VETRI is a decentralized blockchain-enabled personal data management platform, taking the concept of personal data self- sovereignty to the next level.
• The aim is to empower individuals to take part in the rapidly growing data economy- in a safe and easy way.
• It consists of a data wallet and marketplace, fuelled by the VLD token.
• VETRI ensures trust in the marketplace and guarantees smooth transactions between data owners and data buyers, users offer their personal data (incl. data from third-party services they have a right to request) and are rewarded by institutions who would otherwise pay for such datasets to an intermediary provider.
