Project Management - September 2011 - Present As a Senior PM, I managed IT projects such as digitalization and ERP implementation. I have experience in RFP preparation, supplier management, and change management. I have also worked on M&A projects.

CFO - September 1999 - 2011 I served as CFO in multinational Real Estate development companies, handling finance and administration. I oversaw consolidation and reporting for 11 EU countries and prepared for an IPO on the London Exchange. I led a team of 25 people.

IDG (2022) - Project Manager Managed a one-year ERP project with a multinational team, implementing Microsoft D365. Led migration and transformation of data from various systems.

UniCredit Bank (2019 - 2021) - Project Manager Worked on projects such as Customer Journey Mapping and Card Harmonization. Also involved in ESG and Chatbot projects.

APS Group (2017-2019) - Head of PM Responsible for digital projects across the group in 15 countries. Managed projects in Investment, Real Estate, and NPL sectors, including projects in Asia.
