9/2023 – Current Position As an Enterprise Architect, I am leading the initiative to architect the new core system for a period of 10 years, involving 16 business domains and 100k man-days. My main focus is on designing a new agile software delivery process for the organization.

3/2020 – 8/2023 In the role of Area Lead for Design/Enterprise Architecture, I managed a team of over 120 Designers, ensuring formal methodology and enterprise architecture content were in line with the organization's goals. I collaborated closely with both business and delivery teams to ensure the right decisions were made at the right time, mapping capabilities and features for a holistic view of our deliveries.

2017 – 2020 As a Business Architect, I played a key role in expanding digital transformation activities within the organization, connecting business strategy with IT implementation. Key projects included remote banking advisory, remote document signature, and new sales processes for Smart banking.

2015 – 2017 Working as a Solutions Consultant, I led the digital transformation efforts for several daughter companies of a bank-insurance group, focusing on digitalizing customer-facing and back-office processes. Our team achieved significant milestones such as turning 87% of documents to paperless and implementing biometrical digital signing for clients.

2012 – 2015 In the role of Product Manager, I managed a team responsible for establishing a successful business model in the e-commerce market for Smart TV products. By localizing products and creating a strong distribution model, we significantly increased market share and profit for the company.

2009 – 2012 As an Inside Sales Account Manager, I drove partners to achieve sales quotas and sustainable growth, coordinating education and business processes with distributors and partners.

2002 – 2009 Engaged in various seasonal and temporary occupations in different countries, including roles in audio/video installation, IT support, and sales positions. These experiences provided valuable insights into different industries and markets.
