Jobrela is an IT platform that bridges the gap between employers and software developers. But did you know that our roots go back to 2011 when we started as eProvement in Prague?
That's right. We originally started as a software house, and we focused exclusively on creating custom software solutions for several years. Working in the boss's living room was alright, but as we grew, we noticed more and more the problems associated with recruiting IT specialists. Having the right mix of people in the company is one of the most important things, but finding them is challenging.
The need to recruit
It's no secret that the IT industry is rapidly expanding, but the demand for skilled IT professionals is at an all-time high. Competition is fierce, and companies face many challenges in finding developers who meet their expectations.
We saw these challenges first-hand and knew that there was a need for a solution that would simplify the hiring process for companies and job seekers alike. So we decided to create an employment agency with a focus on IT. Recruiting "our way" worked not just for us but also for our expanding client base.
Over the years, we have filled countless empty positions and helped big and small companies bring their projects to life. We have earned a reputation as a reliable agency that always goes into talent searches with great determination. We enjoyed the work, but the agency solution was still not wholly fulfilling our IT recruiting dream.
